The underlying lottery betting technology traces back to Tradologic, a Sofia-based software developer known for binary options platforms. In 2014, individuals associated with Tradologic launched the LOTTOTECH project (www.lottotech.com), aiming to create a “White Label Lottery Platform” supported by a strong affiliate ecosystem branded as “LottoPartners.”
The project was reportedly structured through Dreams Partner Solutions Ltd, registered in Seychelles. LOTTOTECH publicly presented itself at industry events such as EiG 2014 in Berlin and reportedly secured approximately $6 million in funding in October 2014, according to industry media.
In 2015, the domain www.lottopalace.com was acquired by Altair Entertainment N.V., linked to Uwe Lenhoff. LottoPalace became one of the early white-label partners of the LottoTech platform.
By 2016, LOTTOTECH’s public communications ceased, blog posts were removed, and branding shifted toward the SOFTLOTTO initiative. The domain www.softlotto.com had previously been registered by Dreams Partner Solutions Ltd, indicating continuity within the same corporate network.
LottoPalace and Uwe Lenhoff
The involvement of Uwe Lenhoff is particularly significant. Lenhoff was previously associated with large-scale online trading and gambling operations that attracted regulatory scrutiny across Europe. His network of offshore entities—combined with white-label platform structures—enabled rapid deployment and transfer of brands across jurisdictions.
The LottoPalace case illustrates a broader pattern seen in certain online gambling and financial trading operations:
- Use of offshore jurisdictions with limited transparency
- Rapid brand transitions and rebranding
- White-label technology platforms enabling scalable replication
- Cross-utilization of marketing and sales infrastructures
