This morning, I was approached by five men and one woman who claimed—without identifying themselves—that they had been sent by your law firm, ZP Advocates. None of them provided names, credentials, or any form of official documentation. Five of them behaved aggressively while the woman observed from behind large sunglasses.

Intimidation by Unidentified Individuals

The individuals arrived in a vehicle marked with disturbing imagery, including a skull symbol and pornographic stickers. Several displayed tattoos and signs commonly associated with violent behavior. According to their claim, they were acting on behalf of ZP Advocates.

Two of the men positioned themselves in an overtly threatening manner and mentioned a supposed lawsuit, yet offered no details. Given the circumstances and their conduct, it was evident that they were not acting in any legitimate professional capacity.

One week ago, similar individuals threatened my business partner at her residence. She has already filed a report with the authorities. Today, following this new incident, we immediately contacted the police and filed another formal report. I did not accept any documents from these individuals; instead, we photographed them. The entire event was witnessed by multiple bystanders.

Previous Threats

Yesterday, you directed serious verbal threats toward me through an Israeli lawyer. Combined with today’s incident, I can only conclude that you and your law firm are willing to use extreme and unacceptable intimidation tactics. My business partners and I now feel both physically and psychologically threatened.

Such behavior is unacceptable and unlawful in any jurisdiction I am familiar with. Therefore, I will be filing complaints against ZP Advocates and any responsible individuals with the appropriate authorities in Israel and in my home country.

Attempts to Silence Investigative Reporting

Your clients have repeatedly refused to answer questions regarding their involvement in binary options schemes. Instead, ZP Advocates has chosen to label the editor of FinTelegram a “Nazi” or “antisemitic” as a response to critical reporting on alleged misconduct involving Israeli operators—and to discredit our work supporting victims.

Additionally, ZP Advocates has sent defamatory letters to our partners.

Police Now in Possession of the Documents

The documents that these individuals attempted to deliver under intimidating circumstances were ultimately retrieved from the trash by the police and are now part of an active criminal investigation.

This raises serious questions:
• How can an Israeli law firm send unidentified individuals to intimidate critics?
• How can such a firm issue threatening messages to another Israeli lawyer?

These practices mirror the same abusive tactics described by Times of Israel journalist Simona Weinglass in her reporting on the binary options fraud industry.
